He offered educational scholarships for Muslim students around the world, established health centers, built dams, houses, mosques, and roads; he also provided electricity, water, and sewage systems. He wisely governed, which is represented in applying and committing to Sharia law, opposing the harmfulness of his people, and publishing historical books that highlight the issue of colonization, especially in the Gulf area.
